According to the Gambia Police Force, Police in Bansang, in collaboration with the Fire and Rescue Services, responded to a report on Friday morning regarding the alleged suicide of a 29-year-old man who was found hanged in the bush at Jawo Kunda (Sinchu Bokar) in Central River Region (CRR).
As the police stated, the deceased is currently at Bansang Hospital, and the police have initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident.
Police urged the public to provide any information relevant to the ongoing investigation.
