The Inspector General of Police, Seedy Mukhtar Touray proceeded to the Anti-Crime Unit (ACU) situated at Kotu after his visit to the Police Garage earlier today, Friday, May 31, 2024.
He and his delegation from headquarters were warmly received by Regional Commissioner Samba Jawo and Commissioner of the Anti-Crime Unit, Momodou Sowe, along with the Officer Commanding ACU Kotu.
During his tour of the ACU facilities, IGP Touray listened to concerns and acknowledged the unit’s achievements. Addressing the officers, he encouraged them and reaffirmed his commitment to providing a conducive working environment and the necessary logistics to ensure peace and security in The Gambia.
