The Gambia Police Force has been invited by DCAF Zambia to share its experiences from the one-year Gender Promotion Initiative implemented in Banjul.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Gas Sabally and Superintendent Mariama Mjallow are currently in Zambia, attending the Zambia Police Women Network Conference on Gender Equality in Policing.
The conference brings together representatives from the Zambia Police Service and the wider region to exchange best practices, share experiences, and explore innovative approaches to advancing gender equality within policing institutions.
This engagement provided an important platform to highlight the GPFโs progress under the Gender Promotion Initiative, supported by DCAF.
