UNITE was honoured to represent The Gambia at the maiden congress of Senegalโs PASTEF party, held in Dakar after more than a decade of the partyโs existence.
The congress brought together over 40 political parties and movements from across the world, including representatives from Rwanda, Venezuela, Comoros, Guinea-Bissau, Palestine, Kenya, and others.
During the congress, H.E. Ousmane Sonko was elected Party President.
UNITEโs delegation was led by Deputy Leader for Politics Hon. Kemo Bojang and Campaign Manager MC Cham Jnr.
UNITE reaffirms its commitment to diplomacy, pan-African solidarity, and building progressive alliances across the continent.
