As part of efforts to prevent and combat crime, Gunjur Police Division under the Lower West Coast Region, on Sunday, November 9, 2025, conducted a 24-hour intensive patrol within its Area of Responsibility (AOR).
The patrol team was led by the superintendent of Police Modou S. R. Kujabi, Officer Commanding Gunjur Division, briefed his men on the objectives of the operation. He urged them to remain professional, ethical, and vigilant throughout the exercise.
The patrol covered key areas, including Tujereng, Tanjeh, Brufut, Brusubi, and Sukuta. The general security situation in all these areas remained calm and stable.
At the end of the operation, OC Kujabi conducted a debriefing session on Monday, November 10, 2025, during which he commended the officers for their dedication and discipline. He further encouraged them to remain law-abiding and to continue treating the public with integrity, professionalism, and respect.
