The management of Vibes FM digital radio station led by its General Manager Mr Ousman A. Marong and CEO Momodou Siray Jallow, met with Tika Gambia Country Coordinator Ali Kerim at his Kololi office this afternoon.
The visit aimed to foster collaboration between Vibes FM and Tika Gambia, with discussions focusing on media visibility for Tika’s ongoing projects, including agricultural initiatives and healthcare support.
Mr. Momodou Siray Jallow, praised Tika’s contributions to The Gambia, highlighting their agriculture project addressing food crises.
Coordinator Ali Kerim, pledged to Tika’s commitment to strengthening ties with the Gambian government and media.
On his part, Mr. Ousman A. Marong, General Manager, Vibes FM digital radio emphasised the need for media collaboration, citing Tika’s projects at Giboro, USET, and Faraba, and urged more visibility for Tika’s healthcare initiatives, including support for the First Lady’s foundation.
The meeting explored future collaborations, particularly supporting the hard-of-hearing community.
