The Gambia Immigration Department Promotes 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲-𝐬𝐢𝐱 (𝟐𝟔) Officers to Senior Ranks

On 24 June 2026, the Command of the Gambia Immigration Department (GID), under the leadership of the Director General, Ebrima Mboob, oversaw the promotion of twenty-six (26) personnel to senior officer ranks.

This latest promotion follows an earlier round of promotions involving personnel from the junior and middle ranks, underscoring the Department’s sustained commitment to strengthening institutional performance in line with the tenth strategic objective of the GID Strategic Plan.
