In accordance with Section 76(1) of the Republic of The Gambia’s 1997 Constitution, H.E. President Adama Barrow, GRMG has decided to make Monday, December 26, 2022, a public holiday to celebrate Christmas.
Similarly, The Gambia has declared Monday, January 1, 2023, a public holiday to mark the beginning of the new year.
