VP Jallow’s visit of Gambian Students at Al Qasimia University in UAE

The Vice President of The Gambia his Excellency Mohammed B.S Jallow paid a special visit to Gambian students pursuing their education at Al Qasimia University in Sharjah, UAE.
Over forty Gambian students are currently benefiting from full scholarships at the University.
During his interaction with the students, the Vice President inquired about their general well-being and living conditions. “Continue to learn, uphold discipline, and represent your country well. Our doors are always open whenever you need our assistance,” he advised.
The students expressed gratitude for the visit, acknowledging Vice President Jallow for taking time from his busy schedule and COP28 engagements to meet them.
“We feel the love and care the Vice President has for the people of The Gambia; especially we the students. Thank you,” the Gambian Student Union President at Al Qasimia University remarked
Vice President Jallow was accompanied by the Gambian Ambassador to the UAE, H.E Fafa Sanyang; Secretary to Cabinet, Mr. Alieu Njie; and Deputy Permanent Secretary (Technical), Office of the Vice President, Mr. Saikou Trawally.
