The post-election atmosphere in Senegal is calm as the country awaits the declaration of the final results. Interestingly, major newspapers in Dakar have featured a front-page story with pictures of the President-elect, His Excellency Basirou Diomaye Fye. Amadou Ba has not yet accepted defeat or congratulated Diomaye.
