Today, the Ministry of Health received seven (7) outreach vehicles at a formal handover ceremony held at the Office of the Vice President.
The vehicles were provided under the Resilience Building – Vulnerable Youth and Women Support Project (RB-VYWoSP), implemented by the National Social Protection Agency – The Gambia with support from the African Development Bank Group.
The vehicles will enhance the mobility of health teams, strengthen community outreach and improve access to essential health services, particularly for women, children and underserved communities.
The Ministry of Health sincerely appreciates the NSPA and the African Development Bank Group for their continued support towards strengthening healthcare delivery and advancing national health priorities.
