MoHERST Minister attends Harvard Ministerial Leadership Forum US

Honourable Minister for Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology, Professor Pierre Gomez, has been invited to participate in the Harvard Ministerial Leadership Forum from 15th to 18th September at Harvard University USA.

The Harvard Ministerial Leadership Forum is a flagship program. Launched in 2012, the Harvard Ministerial Program is a joint initiative of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

The Program engages finance, health, education, and other relevant social sector ministers (by invitation only) from Africa, South East Asia, and Latin America to enhance leadership and promote cross-sectoral collaboration in prioritizing human development investment goals for sustainable economic growth.

The ministry  thanked Harvard University and the U.S. Embassy in Banjul, The Gambia for funding this program fully and availing this vital learning opportunity and recognition to their  able Minister
